Called Eddie's Appliance about my dishwasher. Peter W came out the next day and looked at my dishwasher that was running very loud recently. He diagnosed the problem right away, gave an estimate, how long it would take to get the part and when he'd be able to come back to install the new part. This was my first experience with Eddie's. I think I have finally found a great local appliance repair service. Peter W. was prompt, careful, and considerate. He thoroughly diagnosed the souce of water supply problem with our regfrigerator water and ice functions, provided options for the repair, did an initial repair on the spot, and kept in touch about the status of a part order we opted for. When the part came in, Peter called and came to complete the work, and carefully cleaned up. Couldn't ask for more.
