We had a problem with our refrigerator late Friday afternoon. We randomly chose Eddie’s. I called in the morning and a friendly, helpful woman answered. She explained the pricing for the house call and scheduled a technician to come between 11-12. We were surprised to get an appointment so quickly. The technician, Raphael, arrived on time and got right to work. He was very professional, assessed the problem in minutes and had the part on the truck. The job was done and the refrigerator back in place a short time later. The price was very reasonable. We feel so fortunate to have found someone to call that is local, professional and fairly priced. I will not hesitate to call if we have a problem with any other appliance.

Peter was our technician and he did a great job repairing our dryer. He quickly diagnosed the problem which the rollers needed replaced and he was professional and courteous. We even got a sixty day warranty on the repair.
